Galin Gospodinov

Galin Gospodinov was born on August 18, 1960 in Varna. From 1994 to 2004 he worked at the Institute of Metal Science, where he gained professional knowledge and skills in the field of metal casting. Bronze is his preferred material. The author has several solo exhibitions in Sofia, Varna and Balchik. He was awarded the prize for sculpture of the Ministry of Culture at the International Biennial of Humour and Satire in 2009. In 2010 Galin was selected among many Bulgarian artists to produce three award statuettes for the regatta "Tall Ships, Historic seas". His sculptures are owned by private collectors and connoisseurs from Bulgaria, Great Britain, Finland and Germany. Lives and works in Varna.
