a collective exhibiton of artists from Varna

From May 21, 2020 Art Gallery Largo will present a group exhibition of artists from Varna - "Summer in Varna". The artworks will be exhibited in the gallery, but every participant in the exhibition will be presented with more artworks, which can be viewed only on our website, as well as our profiles in Facebook and Instagram.
Artists from Varna from different generations took part in the exhibition - Albena Koeva, Boris Tsankov, Valentina Cherneva, Vasil Vassilev, Ventsislav Markov, Georgi Yordanov, Georgi Kenarov, Georgi Lechev, Delitsa Tsoneva, Denitsa Milen, Dimo Milanov, Emanuela Tsoneva, Ivan Oretenov, Ilker Danalov, Margarita Voynova, Marina Ruseva, Maria Chakarova, Milen Marinov, Nikolai Rusev, Petar Chinovsky, Svetla Koseva, Svetlin Nenov, Sofia Nikolova, Stefan Kulev, Stefan Stefanov, Todor Ignatov, Hristina Tsonkova, Hristo Mihaylov, Hristo Hristov, Tsanko Tsankov, Yana Lubenova. In addition, we will see paintings of some of the most renowned artists from Varna, who are no longer among us - Angel Atanasov - Acho, Dimitar Manolov, Emanuil Popgenchev, Ivan Georgiev- Zybata, Panayotis Gudzhimisis and Yanko Marinov.
The exhibition includes paintings, watercolors, graphics and sculpture. Almost all artists are presented with new paintings created in recent months. Don't expect to see gloomy colors and tones, because the artists who have all been locked up in studios or at home have been working hard, without any negativity or despair going into their works. Their artworks radoate positivity and are full of color, light, optimism and cheerfulness.
The opening reception of the exhibiton will be on May 21, Thursday, from 12:00 to 19:00. The exhibition can also be viewed online on the gallery's website. The exhibition runs until June 8.
